Refunds

We formulate every ZENUE product with care and back it with clinical testing. Due to the nature of skincare, we do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please write to us at care@zenuebeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right.

Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your order before confirming.
